Kevin Page

Kevin Page is the Broker-Owner of Cape Shore Realty and has been in the real estate business for over 35 years in Massachusetts and Florida. While in Massachusetts, Kevin sold numerous multifamily properties in the Worcester area for himself and investors. In 1987 he took his extensive knowledge to Cape Coral Florida and in 1989 he opened his own real estate company, Cape Shore Realty. He quickly developed profitable relationships with realtors, builders, developers and investors that made his company successful for over all these years.

Kevin is a hands on broker who has done most of the transactions that investors do. He is well versed in 1031 exchanges and real estate investing with an IRA or self- directed IRA. He personally manages his own portfolio of investment properties and owns several LLC’s and his own self-directed IRA. He belongs to several professional associations and investment clubs.

Recognizing the changing real estate market in 2007, Kevin quickly established relationships with all the major banks and asset management companies to be a preferred agent in handling their REO business. Since 2007 Kevin has sold hundreds of foreclosed properties and is an expert in the field of distressed real estate.

He holds several designations and regularly updates his education through online courses offered by the National Association of Realtors, professional organizations and national banks and asset management companies.

John Fricano

John Fricano was born in Fort Myers, but being in a military family, he lived in many areas of the country, including Texas, North Carolina and California. Eventually, his family moved back to Florida, where he currently resides in Cape Coral with his wife and two children.

After completion of high school, John completed classes at his community college for Business Management to further his education. For the past 25 years, John has had an extensive career in various marketing and sales managerial positions.

Once John acquired his real estate license, he quickly became successful at selling vacant lots. He has a large clientele of buyers and sellers built on rapport and trust. John has strong connections with builders, investors and other agents in the area who purchase vacant land. John personally invests in vacant land himself. He is a great resource for clients in all aspects of the vacant land market. He is also well versed in buying and selling single family homes and condos.

Janelle Fricano

With an extensive background in real estate & sales, Janelle is an expert on buying and selling SWFL. In her current role at Cape Coral Lots, she work with many different clients such as builders, home owners, investors, and families.

Born and raised in SWFL, Janelle knows everything there is to know about living here. As a wife and mother of two children, she takes special pride in helping families relocate or sell their property for a new start in life. Janelle also specializes in new construction homes, condos and vacant land.

Her knowledge and experience also extends to marketing and advertising. She holds two certifications from the National Association of Realtors: Pricing Strategy Advisor and Home Finance Resource.
