What is a CMA?
It is an abbreviation for “comparative market analysis.”
An evaluation of similar, recently sold properties (called comparables) that are near a property intended to be bought or sold. It establishes a price estimate based on current market activity that can be used as a guide for pricing a property.
Our CMA will usually include 3 active listings, 3 sold, average prices and a sales map. Based on these numbers we can discuss a marketing strategy and list price.
